In a release, the Minneapolis-based retailer stated it would close its stores Thanksgiving Day, but that there will be "plenty of opportunities to score the best deals ... both before and after Nov. 26."

Additionally, the retailer will make holiday deals available both in-store and online starting in October to help prevent crowds in stores.

Meanwhile, the retailer announced it will be making about 20,000 more products available for pickup and delivery by the fall.
