For 2020, the theme was "Everyday Heroes," a dedication to healthcare and essential workers."So many people have stepped up and really put in a lot of extra effort, a lot of extra work and they need to be recognized and they need to be thanked," said Mike Kreikemeier.Friends and family watched the show in amazement, holding each other close and taking in the final hours of 2020. "I hope we're celebrating the end of this pandemic, and celebrating for the healthcare workers that all work for us," said Vergil Flodman. "It's just a big celebration."
