HENDERSON, KY, May 24, 2021 – Trash collection in the City of Henderson and services at the landfill/transfer station will be operating on a different schedule during the week of the Memorial Day holiday.
There will be no trash collection on Monday, May 31, according to Sanitation Superintendent Sam Lingerfelt. The normal Monday routes and Tuesday routes north of 12th Street will be collected on Tuesday, June 1.
The remainder of Tuesday routes and Wednesday routes will be collected on Wednesday, June 2.
The remainder of the week will be as normal.

Please have you trash out by 5 a.m.
The landfill/transfer station also will be closed on Monday, May 31. It will reopen for normal operations at 7 a.m., on Tuesday, June 1.
The recycling truck will be running one day behind its usual schedule.
As a reminder, other City of Henderson offices will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday.
