• Received complaint about high grass on Bayton. The owner had been ill, it has since been brush-hogged, and it will be mowed regularly.
• A certified letter will be sent to Kelly Thomas, property owner at 1090 Beech for owner maintenance. She must address the issue within seven days, or the township will clean up the property at her expense. Trustees unanimous in vote to send letter.

Janet Moser from the Historical Society reminded everyone of upcoming events:
• Placing of flags in the township cemeteries will take place May 23. Meet at 1:30 p.m.

• Residents may drop off worn/old flags at Township Hall for burning on Flag Day, which is June 14.
Linda Zank Gellsinger, who resides on Baldwin Avenue, made a noise complaint. Her backyard butts up to a property on Beech that has a dirt bike track in the backyard. She was asking if there was a noise ordinance or a resolution in place regarding noise. Trustees said there isn’t an ordinance regarding noise, and even if there was, they are very difficult to enforce. Trustees offered to send the owners a letter, asking them to be more considerate of the neighbors and limit times they use the track.
Bills were paid for $29,357.40.
NEW BUSINESS:
• A $7,000 check was sent to Dennis Orwick for reimbursement of the demolition of his property on State Route 153 that was destroyed by a fire. This was part of the ORC 3929.86 Fire Debris Demolition Fund.
• Trustees approved a motion acknowledging that Kim Knam took and completed the Sunshine Law Training Webinar for Trustee Rodgers.
